Booking Prices for 2012
Prices quoted are for a 7 night stay with a Saturday change over or short breaks for 3 or 4 nights with a flexible start day if booked late on & we can manage it. The accommodation is available from 3pm onwards and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. We would ask you to please get in touch with us at least 48hrs before the start of your holiday to give us an approximate time of arrival so that you can collect the keys & we can show you in. If you are looking for a different number of nights then please get in touch & we will see if we can accommodate you.
High Season £450

Booking Procedure
Telephone us on Kendal 01539 732813 or contact us with your required dates to make a provisional booking. We will then contact you to confirm the reservation and give you details of how to pay. We will hold your provisional reservation for 5 working days pending receipt of your confirmation and deposit. On receipt we will confirm your booking with details of the barn and directions.
Payment
The prices quoted are what you pay!! - NO booking fee, NO VAT. The deposit required is £50 per week, or part week, booked. If your booking is within 6 weeks of your holiday the full amount is required.
Payments may be made in advance, by cheque in Sterling £'s, by BACS transfer or online by Paypal (sorry but there is a 3.5% surcharge for this option). Details will follow when the dates have been confirmed.
